Family Pictures May '10

I have been terrible about posting lately, its been over a month!! Gosh! Well we have been super busy! A family of 5 is busy enough, but we have been having lots of doctor, specialist, and procedures done for Coen, so its been really crazy busy!! And we aren't done yet!! We have been trying to figure out why he isn't growing and why he has all these pains in his tummy! So we are praying that we can figure something out and that it wont be a hard painful fix! We love that little boy so much!! Anyway, Here are some of the family pictures we had done last month! My brother took them and they turned out so great!! Thanks a bunch Beau!!

Bluebonnet Pictures

A BIG thank you to A for doing our bluebonnet pictures twice! The first time there was a spot on the lens, so she graciously did them again! They turned out great! I love them! Cant wait to get them on my wall!! Thanks again! Don't I have the cutest kids in the world? I know I do!! :)

Easter

Happy Easter!! We had a pretty good one this year!! We watched General Conference and then went to my moms for dinner and an egg hunt with the kids!! It was fun!! Lyla was so cute playing in her basket with her candy!! She kept putting the whole piece in her mouth with paper and all!! It was cute!! Lukas got all his eggs and then sat down and ate candy the rest of the night!! It was so cute!! All in all it was a lovely day!!

Swinging

My baby can swing by herself!! Yay!! She was so excited and so was I!! Coen had to get in on the action, aren't my kids so cute!!! I love them!!

Doug's Surprises!!

We had a fun couple of days to celebrate Doug's birthday!! On his birthday I made Coasta Vida for dinner and a german chocolate cake (his favorite)! And Robert and Melissa and Granny came over to enjoy with us!! It was a fun night!! Then on friday I had planned a surprise for Doug in cahoots with a friend of ours!! JD!! He had planned a meeting here so we got to spend the afternoon and evening with him!! It was so good to see him!!! We love you JD!! Then that night we had a surprise party for him!! Lots of old and new and good friends came!! It was a lot of fun, with yummy food!! Thanks everyone who came and made it a fun special night!!

Thirty :]

Happy Birthday to my husband!! He is the big 30!! Its a little strange to think that we are in the 30's crowd now!! Its fun though!! I hope you have a wonderful birthday today!! Your children love and adore you!! You are such a wonderful day and you have done a lot for all of us!! We love you very much and wish you weren't at school today!! Love you!!

Lyla's Birthday Party!!

A little late at posting this but Lyla's birthday party was so fun!! She got lots of loot and had fun eating her cake and playing with her friends!! She woke up that morning with what I thought was massive allergies, but come to find out later in the week, she had two massive ear infections! Not fun! But look how cute she is!! Isn't she just adorable!! I love her so much!! She has this funny eye rolling thing she has figured out and it cracks me up! We just love her to pieces!!

We had a little party on her actual birthday with Bethy and had cup cakes!! She loved it!!

My first attempt at fondant!! I thought it turned out pretty cute! Not the exact colors I wanted but pretty good!!
