Our 5 year old! That is so crazy that I have a 5 year old! Coen is such a great kid! He is very loving and kind and so super smart! We love him so much! He brings so much joy to our family! Christmas Day 2009 (way late, I know)

We had a wonderful Christmas this year! It was Lyla's first Christmas and it was so much fun watching how excited she was that morning! I still sometimes have a hard time believing I have 3 children and have had all these Christmas's with them! Its such a joy! Anyway, thanks to all our family for our wonderful gifts! The kids really enjoyed Christmas this year! So this picture is what we woke up to on Christmas morning!! So fun!!

My baby is 5! I cant believe it! What a wonderful little boy I have! He is so sweet and caring! A little stubborn and hard headed! But so so wonderful! I love him so much! I really cant believe he is not my baby anymore! We love you so much Coen! We are so glad you are part of our family! We hope you have a wonderful year this year!

And Happy Birthday to Marlee! She is 22 today! Coen gave her a wonderful birthday present 5 years ago!!

Lyla's Tests

My sweet little Lyla! The poor girl got a UTI (urinary tract infection) a couple of weeks ago. It was so miserable for her! Well the doctor said if a girl gets one under the age of 2 they want to test them to make sure their kidneys are functioning right. So that's what happened yesterday. We took Lyla to Cook Children's (they are awesome by the way) and she got an ultrasound and at catheter with dye and xray test done! The last one wasn't fun at all! She was so good though! Anyway, the doctor called last night and said that everything was normal and it just must have been a fluke thing and she will probably not get another one! Yay for that! Lyla is such a sweet little girl! We just love her to pieces!!
