Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! We had a good one, hope everyone else did too. I really have a lot to be thankful for, mostly for my family! Things have been really stressful for me the last few months, but its finally starting to get a better. I'm really starting to see what wonderful blessings I have in my life. I'm so thankful for my family and the joy they bring me. I'm so thankful for my Heavenly Father and for the fact that he always takes care of us, even when I really doubt it. I'm really thankful for the gospel in my life. We are getting more excited every day and week and month that passes to have a new addition to our family, the kids are starting to talk about it more and more. Some of my stress has gone away, but I don't think it all will until the baby is here and healthy and we are all back to normal life! I feel like we are just in limbo right now waiting! Anyway, We had a great last couple of days, and more to come on our Thanksgiving weekend traditions!!
Aren't they just the cutest things you ever saw?!!

One Year Ago!

One year ago today was that very horrible day when Lukas was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metistatic Neuroblastoma! I can still remember how everyone was feeling and sense of "how do we fix this" that everyone had. It was by far the worst day of our families lives so far. Especially Kurt and Heather's. I'm so thankful that we are able to say that he is still with us and that he is (unless you know otherwise) and perfectly normal boy now! He is so sweet and so cute! The last two pictures I stole from Heather, but he is so cute. Every time I see him, he just gets cuter I swear. He is going to be a model some day!! Anyway, We are all so grateful for Lukas and the things he has taught us and the ways we have grown because of him. We are so lucky to have him in our lives! We love you Lukas and are so happy you are well! We pray it stays that way!
This was one of the first days in the hospital!
This was after his Craniotomy in March! Most people wouldn't even know he cant see, he just walks around like a normal kid and plays and laughs and talks all the time. He is so cute, have I mentioned that?
These last two were recent! The bottom one he was Clark Kent for Halloween!!

What's In A Name?

Okay so I'm starting to kinda go crazy not having a name for this baby girl! I know i still have about 4 months left, but its driving me crazy! I didn't have a hard time with naming my other two, we just knew what they were supposed to be. That's not the case with this one. I hope that's not a sign that she is going to be difficult! :)! Anyway, so I'm asking for some help, if any of you have some name ideas throw them my way please! Part of my process has been picturing Doug giving her a blessing and hearing her name, or saying all of our names and then trying to hear hers next. Its just not happening for me, nothing sounds right! Maybe she is going to be nameless!! Oh well, so please HELP!!!

Just Some Things...

Well we haven't really been up to much lately, Doug's been at school and working a lot, so not a whole lot. I have spent the last two days with Amy and our sewing machines. We both have had projects we wanted to work on, and it much more fun when you do it with someone! So I have a made a few more baby items. Its been fun!
This was today, Coen and Emma both wanted me to take their pictures, since I was taking a picture of the things I had made.
This was Halloween night, I forgot I had a few left on my camera!
Okay here is another blanket I made. I put cute little bows in the corners on the green side. Amy says I'm so frilly! She said its a good thing I'm having another girl!!
Here are both things!
And this I was so excited about. This is a nursing shield, so it goes around your neck and the baby isn't able to pull it off of you, much more coverage! It is so cute, I'm so proud of myself for making all the thing, and all by myself!!! If anyone wants to purchase these shields from me, ill sell them for $28, they are $40 in the stores!!

Pumpkin Patch

So there are pictures galore, but they are too cute not to post! So hope you enjoy! We went to the pumpkin patch last week with Robert, Melissa and Clara, and Bob and Cindy! It was a lot of fun, after we all went and ate together! It was a good day!!
