Baby Girl!

So 3 weeks from tomorrow we are going to be having "said baby girl"! Yes you guessed it, still haven't picked a name! Its kinda funny, part of me really feels like its Alexa, but I really love Lyla so much, I'm really sad we probably wont be using it. I was writing them all down again last night, and Doug said, still working on the name huh! I said yeah, I'm just sad! He said, well we haven't decided, we could still use it, I just laughed at him, cause he doesn't really like at all! Oh well, I want her to be named what she is supposed to be, but Coen and I are the only ones who like Lyla! Oh well! So I'm so ready to have this baby! I have been miserable for about 3 weeks now, and its just getting worse! I hate the end, and the beginning, why cant the whole thing be like the middle, where you just feel great!?? Anyway, so if anyone has any last minute name suggestions, please pass them my way! The kids are getting so excited to have a sister too! About 10 times a day, they come up and say, "I want to feel the baby". They are loving it, I'm sure its going to be crazy love when she is actually born! I cant wait to see them with her! Anyway enough of my ramblings, hope everyone is good, Lacy, cant wait to hear more, post please!!

Cuties!

The last couple of day have just been gorgeous outside! Luckily we have been able to take advantage! They kids love playing outside and at the park, so we did just that! They are so cute! I really have the cutest kids ever, sorry to the rest of you, but its true!! It makes me so excited to see what this baby is going to look like!! Sweetness!

My kids are so sweet! They love singing their primary songs! It is the sweetest sound in the world to hear them singing, I just love it! I love that they love the primary songs, its bring such joy to my heart! Well last night on the way home from my mom's house Coen asked if they could listen to the "I am a child of God Cd", so I said okay and put it in! A few minutes later he said, "mom look at me". I just said "what". He again said "mom look, we are doing like you guys"! So I turned around and they were holding hands over their car seats, like Doug and I were doing! It was so sweet! They were just singing their little hearts out and holding hands! I wish I had gotten a picture! They really do love each other, even though they fight a lot too! I love that they are so close! I hope it stays that way, and I hope they really accept and love the new baby too! My little, well getting pretty big, family is so fun and sweet! I just love them! I'm so thankful for a husband who works so hard to make our lives better, and for kids that love us unconditionally!

2009 Gala

This last Saturday A New Year of Hope Foundation hosted their Second Annual Denim and Diamonds Appreciation Gala! Last year we called it a Ball, but I think this is what its going to be from now on! Our Foundation wanted to thank all those who have helped us out this last year, be it from donations to baking to babysitting! It was really a pretty good turn out! We had a lot of the parents of the Kids we are doing this for there, that was really nice! So for all those who missed it, sorry, and you better come next year!

We started the tradition of letting go all the balloons and saying "we miss you" to all the kids who are no longer with us. It was really neat this year to have Ajla's family there to participate. Ajla passed away on new years eve from this horrible cancer!

Bethy!!!

Happy Birthday to Beth!! This is a little late, but on Beth's birthday we threw her a surprise party! It was a pretty good turn out! We had some yummy food and cake!! She was pretty surprised despite my moms status on facebook! ha ha!

The spread, we had bean dip, spinach dip, and queso dip! Yum! This is Beth not wanting to come in! We opened the door and she just said "I hate you all"! It was pretty comical!!

Her ice cream cake!! That's what she wanted!!

Blowing out her candles! Its hard to believe she is 17, I can still remember when she was born! She's getting old! Anyway, we love you Bethy, and hope you had a good one!!
