This last Saturday A New Year of Hope Foundation hosted their Second Annual Denim and Diamonds Appreciation Gala! Last year we called it a Ball, but I think this is what its going to be from now on! Our Foundation wanted to thank all those who have helped us out this last year, be it from donations to baking to babysitting! It was really a pretty good turn out! We had a lot of the parents of the Kids we are doing this for there, that was really nice! So for all those who missed it, sorry, and you better come next year!
We started the tradition of letting go all the balloons and saying "we miss you" to all the kids who are no longer with us. It was really neat this year to have Ajla's family there to participate. Ajla passed away on new years eve from this horrible cancer! Thanks again to all who have helped us out, we hope you find the need to continue to do so!
