Buffalo Bill Day's!

In Wyoming they had what they call "Buffalo Bill Day's" and they celebrate for like a week. So on the last Saturday they have a parade and all these festivities. It was a pretty fun day.

After the parade we went to the park where they had more festivities! They had all kinds of food and treats for FREE!! It was great! The kids played and ate cotton candy and pop corn. They had so much fun!

Our Foundation!

It's Official!! We are a foundation now! We have high hopes but need help fulfilling them! We need people to join our committees and help us get things going. We have a signature Ball in January of every year, 09 will be the second annual. Anyway, we need help getting things going for that, and for any other event that we have. We also need help with fundraising. Please if you any spare time at all, and would be committed to help, please join us Saturday July 26Th, 2008 at Spring Creek in Grand Prairie, TX its off of I-20 and Carrier. At 11:00 am! Dad's Surgery!

The first day, Friday,we were at Dad's he had to have neck surgery! Yikes! They cut him in the front of the neck and moved his throat over at put a plastic plate and 6 screws!! He was pretty out of it for a couple of days, but by Monday or Tuesday he was out fishing!! Hes pretty much back to normal now, so it went really good!! It was really weird seeing him all down and out like that, in my whole 26 years of life, i don't remember ever seeing him that way! I cant imagine what it was like when he broke his back!!

Our Trip Part III

We went out to this lake while Doug was there the first week and fished. The kids had fun playing in the rocks and throwing them in the water!!

I redid Emma's room today!! Its been way cute, but she is starting to climb out of her crib, so I decided it was time to change over to a big bed! I also moved her dresser and things so I could put up some shelves my mom got her. Turned out pretty cute!!

Our Trip Part II

Well here are some more pictures from our trip, I have a ton more!!

The first night we were there this is what I woke up too! Emma apparently had a bite on her bum and took her diaper off and just went back to sleep! Of course I had to take a picture of it!

The kids were loving playing in the water and mud. Any time they could they did. Here are some pictures from that!! Bath time! Coen would put the bubbles in the cup and set it up on the side and say " ice cream"! They just love bubble baths!!

The adults were trying to play a game outside and the kids just wanted to watch a movie, so this is what i found when I checked on them!

The first day at the Ranch we went four wheeling with dad!! Those things are so much fun! Another day playing in the water!

The Fourth!

We had a great Fourth of July!

We made some good food, ate, and went to watch fireworks! They do fireworks here in the hills, and its at a huge polo ranch. Its was really nice outside and really pretty area. Everyone takes their chairs and food out and plays until time for the fireworks. My dad made a latter ball game, so we took that, and the kids had bubbles, and we just had a great time. Hope you all a good 4th!!

P.s. Lyns I would have gladly pulled that cart all the way to see you. It has been way to long. We should plan a get together!!

Our Trip Part I

Hello, long time no blogging!!! We have been in Wyoming visiting my Dad and his family. We are still here, but I forgot my camera cord so I couldn't put up pictures until Doug brought it back to me. Anyway, we have had lots of fun here. My grandparents came down from Canada so its been lots of fun. We will be home on the 10th! On the way up here my dad and fam met us in Casper and we went over to Martin's Cove. It was pretty cool. I learned a lot more about the pioneers and their trek out west. It was a lot of fun. The kids had fun pulling the carts too. So here are the pictures from that fun day!! More to come I promise. A side note, those who have been following my nephew's progress with cancer, I have some news.

LUKAS IS CANCER FREE!!!

All of his test from this last week came back negative, so that is such a great blessing! We are so happy and relieved and excited, and most of all thankful to our Heavenly Father for watching over him through these last many months. Lukas has been such a trooper!! I am so thankful to have him in our family!
