Our Fun Update!

This is just a random post of some of the things from the last couple of weeks.

Last week my mom and my sisters were suppose to have a girls day and go down to Houston to go to the Temple. And just have a fun day. Anyway, it ended up not working with everyone's schedules, so Beth and my Mom and I went to lunch at Brio. That place is so divine! I love it, its probably my favorite place ever! Anyway, it was a lot of fun, thanks Mom and Beth!

A couple of weeks ago Melissa and Robert had the kids and I over for dinner, Doug was working late. We had some really good food thanks to Melissa, and the kids had a blast with each other. They just love each other so much!

Last night Doug and I, and Robert, Melissa and Clara all went to the Ranger's game. We had a lot of fun, and it was Clara's first game, she did pretty good! She liked the cotton candy!! Yeah, thanks for coming guys!!

Final Trip Pictures

These were the last couple of days that we were at my dad's. Sunday we tried getting another generation picture, but my camera was acting all whack, so I hope my dad got some good ones! These were the only two that turned out half way good!

The day before we left we got to go to the Ranch on last time and herd the cows on four wheelers! It was so much fun! We had a great time! Emma like the try and drive so she kept hitting her face every time Doug would hit a dip. Oh well!! The kids had a blast too!! Thanks Carl and Janeen for everything!!! We had so much fun out there!

Emma and Allayna! Allayna is Carl and Janeen's grand-daughter and the kids got to play with her quite a bit while we were there! By the last day these two were great friends!!

On the way there and back my wonderful Father in Law got us a great hotel room so we could stop. This was on the way back we took the kids swimming! They had so much fun!! Thanks again Bob!!!

We only had diapers for Emma and it was really funny when she got out of the pool. He diaper was so big she could hardly walk, she literally looked like a duck waddling!

Fishing With Grandpa!

All of us went fishing one afternoon, it was so hot, I thought we were going to get heat stroke! We made it okay though. The kids had so much fun, my dad would Cast out, and then when something bit my dad would let them reel it in! They just loved it. Coen caught 2 and Emma caught 2.

Buffalo Bill Day's!

In Wyoming they had what they call "Buffalo Bill Day's" and they celebrate for like a week. So on the last Saturday they have a parade and all these festivities. It was a pretty fun day.

After the parade we went to the park where they had more festivities! They had all kinds of food and treats for FREE!! It was great! The kids played and ate cotton candy and pop corn. They had so much fun!

Our Foundation!

It's Official!! We are a foundation now! We have high hopes but need help fulfilling them! We need people to join our committees and help us get things going. We have a signature Ball in January of every year, 09 will be the second annual. Anyway, we need help getting things going for that, and for any other event that we have. We also need help with fundraising. Please if you any spare time at all, and would be committed to help, please join us Saturday July 26Th, 2008 at Spring Creek in Grand Prairie, TX its off of I-20 and Carrier. At 11:00 am! If you would like to eat you may, if not just come and lend your support!! Thank you thank you!!! Please help!!! Also if you cant come to the meeting and you still want to help, please let me know!

Dad's Surgery!

The first day, Friday,we were at Dad's he had to have neck surgery! Yikes! They cut him in the front of the neck and moved his throat over at put a plastic plate and 6 screws!! He was pretty out of it for a couple of days, but by Monday or Tuesday he was out fishing!! Hes pretty much back to normal now, so it went really good!! It was really weird seeing him all down and out like that, in my whole 26 years of life, i don't remember ever seeing him that way! I cant imagine what it was like when he broke his back!!

Our Trip Part III

Here are some more pictures, I hope you all aren't getting tired of seeing what we did on our trip. I'm enjoying seeing all the fun we had!! Thanks again to my Dad and his family for having us there!! We had so much fun!

We went out to this lake while Doug was there the first week and fished. The kids had fun playing in the rocks and throwing them in the water!!
